Becoming anti-fragile in stress and relationships

Greetings! Thanks for being with me on this everlasting journey.

That last group is not special (ok some people are), but mostly these are ones who have armed themselves with the right toolkit to face the everyday shittiness of life, and have figured out a system to deal with it.
The trick is to use these triggers and adverse effects as fuel for growth and a deeper understanding of oneself.
Rather most of us try to people please and forget to express our needs. This repression leads to suffocation and disease. I personally needed a lot of help to deal with this because I now realize that I am a typical “stress-prone” persona.

Low on self compassion and high on self judgement
Over identification with a sense of duty that can lead to micromanagement.

I personally relate to all of these and that is why I am so fascinated with the word Gumption.
Gumption is all about continuing finding the psychic gasoline to keep going (by growing) through (not around) these challenges. It is about reframing our perspective to continue living in alignment with our values.
I have put together what I learned over the past ten years form studying medicine, functional medicine and an evidence based psychotherapy model called Internal Family Systems into one method for holistic health rooted in mental training, habit systems and data analytics.
