Hello friends, we know you've been eagerly awaiting this next installment of the Gumpcast, as are we. While we are putting the finishing touches on this very special episode we wanted to give you a little teaser on what's to come tomorrow.
In this next episode we are going even deeper into the human psyche as we talk about that part of us we don't really bring up in polite company, yet it somehow always shows up in the most inconvenient times. And that, friends, is the shadow.
But don't worry, we won't be delving into this treacherous territory alone. We'll have with us an expert on the topic, along with a great new framework for making sense of these complicated aspects of ourselves: Internal Family Systems or IFS.
